Mentrd Consulting - Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction Welcome to Mentrd Consulting ("the Service"), operated by Ophirxxi Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Harare, Zimbabwe. Definitions - "Client" refers to any individual or entity using the Service. - "Consultant" refers to any individual or entity providing consulting services through the Service. - "Meeting" refers to any scheduled consultation session between a Client and a Consultant. 3. Intellectual Property 3.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ophirxxi Pvt Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 4. Consultants 4.1. Consultants are independent contractors and not employees of Ophirxxi Pvt Ltd. 4.2. Consultants are solely responsible for the advice and information they provide to Clients. 4.3. Ophirxxi Pvt Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by Consultants. 5. Limitation of Liability 5.1. Ophirxxi Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. 5.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service. 6. Indemnification 6.1. You agree to indemnify and hold Ophirxxi Pvt Ltd harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another. 7. False Information Indemnification 7.1. Clients acknowledge that Consultants are independent providers of information and advice. Ophirxxi Pvt Ltd is not responsible for and is hereby indemnified against any false, misleading, or inaccurate information provided by Consultants. 7.2. Clients are encouraged to verify any information received through the Service with other reliable sources before making any decisions based on such information. 8. Refund Policy 8.1. In the event that a scheduled Meeting does not occur due to the fault of the Consultant or technical issues with the Service
